We now need to strengthen our group and have an exciting opportunity for a Swedish trained lawyer in our growing Swedish team in Stockholm.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

You have a Swedish law degree and have at least two years of working experience. In this role you will be working with a focus on corporate finance, both equity and debt financing, banking, M&A and general corporate matters.
As an associate you will be trusted to run your own client matters as well as assisting on larger, complex ones. You will interact frequently with clients and be involved in supervising junior colleagues, setting high standards of work and driving efficiency. You will work in a truly international environment where the majority of your clients will be international corporations with a presence in Sweden and you will have plenty of opportunity to work with your international colleagues across the world.
You need to be able to work in both Swedish and English.
