If so, then this is your moment, as we are looking for a new Associate Training Project Manager colleague to join our global Aseptic Manufacturing Site Partnership organization.
This is a maternity cover which will last 10 months.

THE POSITION

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager (PM) to join our team in Aseptic Manufacturing Site Partnership within Product Supply.
The PM will be responsible for scoping, planning and delivering global training programs for our manufacturing sites, on behalf of the consolidated Science and Technology functions in HQ. The growth of Novo Nordisk effectuates a need for more scalable specialist-level training, through digitalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure scalable training programs through digitalization.
  • Manage training projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines.
  • Ensure project objectives are met on time.
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders, as well as identify and manage project risks and issues.

Additionally, we would like to inform you, that some travel per year is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (either business or natural sciences)
  • Stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, leadership and communication to governance are essential for this role, while being able to work and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Experience with training, digitalization or aseptic production is a plus.
  • Professional English level.

The ideal candidate has high drive, an interest in pharmaceutical production, digitalization solutions, and communication. Some experience with project management or training systems is a plus.
