Responsibilities:

  • Support the order printing function from the WMS.
  • Sort production orders to ensure best practices are being followed for process flow (ie. stock, custom, single clubs, sets, raw materials, etc.).
  • Accurately retrieve and kit production orders.
  • Validate accuracy of components picked against production order BOMs.
  • Perform “pick” and “pick confirmation” functions in WMS.
  • Responsible for managing production work orders for raw materials from print through packout.
  • Accurately retrieve and kit raw material orders.
  • Validate accuracy of components picked against raw material BOMs.
  • Perform “pick” and “pick confirmation” functions in WMS.
  • Packout raw material orders to ensure safe transport to end customers.
  • Assist the shipping function as needed by preparing and labeling production orders for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by ensuring orders are picked correctly from Warehouse Locations specified on production orders.
  • Ensure material disposition procedures are being followed to appropriately track inventory (ie. scrap disposition).
  • Support inventory cycle counts, movements, and replenishments.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse by keeping warehouse pick locations organized and aisles free from obstructions.
  • Assist with the stocking of supplies and consumable materials as needed.
