Description:

Our purpose is to bring hope to life by enabling life-changing therapies for patients around the globe, creating a healthier and happier tomorrow. Our mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients’ lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market.
Do you want to become part of a team that prioritizes unity and teamwork?
About the job
At AGC Biologics, we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team. This isn’t your typical warehouse role, our environment is GMP-regulated, demanding high standards of quality in everything we do.
The daily tasks consist of, among other things, of picking goods for production, weighing out raw material making inventory counts. Cleaning equipment and completing documentation are other important tasks necessary to comply with our procedures.
The position is for our day shift where a shift is from 06:00–14:00 or 07.00-15.00. There is 1 working weekend every 3 weeks 06:00-14:00 or 08.00-16.00.
The average weekly working time will be 37 hours per week over 4 weeks. We work 365 days a year and therefore also work on public holidays. Start-up will be possible as soon as possible - we are happy to wait for the right one.
About the team / Department
The team consists of 14 employees and a team leader. There is a strong togetherness and we respect each other’s weaknesses and strengths.
Flexibility is essential, as you help your colleagues where necessary, whether it is tasks in the warehouse or in goods receipt.
We are starting up production in our new factory, close to the current facilities, so work will be done in several buildings and you and our colleagues will sometimes not be working in the same building.

About you

  • Your personality is the most important thing and counts more than your experience.
  • Your level of detail must be good and you must be thorough.
  • You have a good “go do” attitude, and do not need others to get you started on routine tasks
  • Be physically fit and stay active. (Heavy lifting occurs)
  • You must know Microsoft Office as a minimum, not be afraid to learn new systems
  • Service minded and happy to help and assist others - be patient
  • High work ethic - motivated, proactive and good team player
  • If you have a truck license it is great, but it is not a requirement.
  • You should be able to read and write in Danish and/or English. All our procedures and documents are in English.

How to Apply

  • Questions are welcome and can be sent to Team Leader Alexander Jaradi at ajaradi@agcbio.com.
  • To apply, please submit your CV. We encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet every requirement.
  • If we see a potential match, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss your application.
  • If both sides remain positive after this discussion, we will move forward to the assessment stage to evaluate the key skills required for the job.
