Description:

Your responsibilities
Warehouse team members play an integral role in picking stock, preparing orders for despatch, receiving, and storing shipments from suppliers, inventory checks and balances and working efficiently within a team to ensure the warehouse standards and processes are always maintained.

Key duties

  • To ensure all equipment for despatch is picked & packed accurately & distributed to the correct customers and/or event in accordance with procedures.
  • To supervise the loading of courier, carrier, and freight forwarder vehicles
  • To assist with internal cycle counting of inventory
  • Assist in other areas of Supply Chain when needed.
  • To ensure housekeeping in the area is always maintained

Your qualification

  • Experience of working in a warehouse advantageous
  • No specialist knowledge required.
  • Forklift Licence advantageous
  • Driving Licence advantageous
  • Communicates accurately and to the point.
  • Records messages and information accurately and passes them on promptly.
  • Presents written information accurately and concisely.
  • Asks questions and is not afraid to admit to mistakes or lack of knowledge.
  • Willing to learn new skills as the job changes.
  • Keeps relevant knowledge and expertise up to date.
  • Uses relevant IT systems and software effectively.
