ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior or Associate Engineer to join our team, leading engineering design and providing advisory services. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of integrated projects and enjoy true variety in your work. This role will see you:

  • Being recognised as a technical lead on complex, multi-disciplinary land development projects and contributing high quality engineering solutions
  • Managing small to medium scale design projects such as waterway design, bioretention systems, stormwater harvesting schemes and wetlands
  • Contributing to stormwater management strategies
  • Mentoring and developing graduates and junior engineers, fostering our strong professional development culture

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior or Associate Engineer to join our team, leading engineering design and providing advisory services. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of integrated projects and enjoy true variety in your work. This role will see you:

  • Being recognised as a technical lead on complex, multi-disciplinary land development projects and contributing high quality engineering solutions

First and foremost, you share our passion for achieving sustainable solutions for our clients through collaboration and inclusive teamwork. You are a seasoned Civil or Environmental Engineer with a proven track record successfully delivering integrated water projects ready to take on a technical lead role. You will come to us with:

  • Experience in design of WSUD assets and waterways, wetlands and alternative water systems.
  • A keen interest in stormwater management, water quality, integrated water management planning, or environmental policy
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration; fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects
  • Previous experience within a consultancy environment, water authorities and local council will be highly regarded
