SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Three (3+) years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment practoces and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile data and generate reports

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
RoundGlass is looking to add to its People and Culture team with a dynamic, driven and approachable coordinator, who will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to drive results and meet company objectives. The successful individual will have strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, understand the needs of employees and display high degree of professionalism.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Participating in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Assist employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist employees with offboarding process per company guidelines
- Maintain People and Culture project dashboard and data
- Maintain up-to-date information on statutory requirements and states (HI, NC, NY, CA, WA)
- Develop strategies to instill the corporate culture, vision and values within the organization, including communications programs
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Assist with recruiting when needed
