Description:
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role your duties will include:
- Define and propose Commercial strategies for the Wholesale channel based on Corporate guidelines.
- Define commercial guidelines in terms of incentives, marketing plans, network development, assortment and inventory management.
- Actively participate in the business development activities, evaluating new Clients/Point of sales opening/closing in cooperation with Wholesale Director.
- Manage yearly budget definition and 3-year-plan development, based on worldwide Sales Guidelines (sales, A&P and Capex).
- Manage yearly sales budget, Returns and Capex and project management for openings.
- Foster and maintain close relationships with Key Accounts ensuring high service standard and optimal support to the brand.
- Work closely with partners and local marketing to develop marketing plans to support commercial strategies, including productive use of A&P budget allocated for wholesales channel.
- Work with the Commercial Trainer to drive sales and employee engagement with the markets.
