Responsibilities:

THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

Stories on Zalando creates engaging & inspiring content around cultural trends & talents in the world of fashion, sports & beauty. Working with HighSnobiety as a creative and strategic partner, Stories on Zalando showcases the brands, stories, and products most relevant for the tapped-in, culturally curious customer.
The Assortment & Partner team works with Zalando’s most important brand partners to curate their best assortment for our most valuable customers. We’re looking for an Assortment & Partner coordinator who can support the team by curating assortment, liaising with brand partners and ensuring campaigns go-live smoothly and on-time.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Curate weekly selections of our best new assortment across all categories to share with our customers
  • Curate assortment from the POV of our creators, cultural icons and celebrities to inspire customers
  • Instigate campaign processes and collaborate with campaign managers, taking ownerships of deliverables and go-live timelines.
  • Provide quality checks before & after campaigns go live to ensure a bug-free customer experience
  • Report on how campaigns performed so we can gain & share insights to make informed decisions in the future
  • Support data input and maintenance to make sure our new releases have the right assortment
  • Drive approval and feedback with brands and talents to ensure that they’re happy with how they’re being represented on Stories
  • Collaborate with our content and editorial team to define storytelling narratives and relevant assortment.
