Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated analyst with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality data and insights that drive impactful decision-making. This role requires a balance of analytical skills to interpret complex data and qualitative abilities to understand the deeper context behind the numbers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with min 3 years of related experience.
  • Diploma with min 5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language based on business needs (Chinese, Malay, or Tamil).
  • Experience in social research with a solid understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an analytical and consultative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical software and qualitative analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative (e.g., online surveys) and qualitative (e.g., focus group moderation) research to explore social trends and public opinion.
  • Oversee research projects from inception to delivery, coordinating activities such as project management, data analysis, questionnaire and discussion guide design, respondent recruitment, and management across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage client queries, expectations, and relationships, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Contribute to sales pitches and manage accounts to build strong client relationships.
  • Develop and present clear, actionable reports using PowerPoint, conveying research findings confidently to clients at various levels.Assist with administrative tasks and operational support as needed.
