QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements :

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a broadcast/OTT platform
  • Knowledge of cloud playout as well as OTT/ FAST video streaming technology and best practices
  • Keen interest in news, current affairs, and documentaries
  • Creative, organised, meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Able to work during non-Singapore timezones, when required

DESIGNATION : Asst Production Manager, Current Affairs

RESPONSIBILITIES

CNA is seeking an asst production manager for the Content Planning and Support function.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly master schedule
  • Oversee the delivery of programmes for transmission, including soft-parting and conducting video/audio checks
  • Rights-manage content through inventory-tracking, meta-tagging and database maintenance
  • A thorough understanding of international technical specifications
  • Ability to liaise with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Engage third-party cloud support partners to monitor transmission and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure publicity of content through linear (On-Air Promotions) and non-linear strategies (social media engagement, programme catchup etc)
