Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in leading the store team, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks including inventory control, pricing, and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: From $20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
  • Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with management on administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
