Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS POSITION:
- Support comprehensive reconciliations, including both automated and manual processes, to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Optimize the use of a centralized tool to streamline reconciliation processes across departments.
- Contribute to semi-annual reviews and detailed reporting on campus-wide reconciliation activities.
- Process journal entries or other tasks assigned to the Operations Center.
- Address initial inquiries from campus departments, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of university assets for financial reporting purposes.
- Support statistical reviews of journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards and university policy.
- Help monitor key performance indicators for the Operations Center.
- Accurately process payment to vendors as needed.
