INTRODUCTION

We are seeking an experienced, outcome and governance minded team member to join our new 2nd line Operational Risk Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of processes, controls and customer outcomes across the operational teams.   • Have great time management to be able to effectively prioritise tasks and have the ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assess customer journeys considering all appropriate data and information to provide an resourceful view on customer outcomes
  • Evidence that all operational activities have been handled in accordance with policy and process with no potential risk/concerns
  • Provide independent review and challenge to first line control frameworks
  • Meticulously record assurance activities with internal reporting, demonstrating areas of compliance and non-compliance
