Description:

UK FORENSIC DISCOVERY TEAM, SENIOR MANAGER – COLLECTIONS, EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT & FORENSIC INVESTIGATION

EY’s Forensic Discovery practice is a global, data-focused team within the Forensic & Integrity Services (FIS) department. Using state-of-the-art tools and techniques, our team support clients in dealing with the complex issues of fraud, regulatory compliance, government legal work and business disputes.
Our team practice the full lifecycle of data analysis, from the early stages of identification and collection, through to management, analysis, reporting and production. Our engagements typically require working with large, and often disparate, volumes of electronically stored structured and unstructured information, and the application of advanced analytics techniques. We work with clients across a wide variety of industry sectors (including life sciences, oil and gas, Government and public sector, and technology), supporting investigations, disputes, tax, GCO, proactive risk detection, etc.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

Managing the key components of a portfolio of Discovery Services projects, including strategy, planning and execution
An extensive understanding of discovery, collections, and forensic investigations that permits a consultative approach with our clients.
Developing long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients to maximize business development opportunities.
Constantly developing your understanding of our clients’ industries, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
Using technology to distribute your knowledge of leading-practice and enhanced service delivery.
Developing your team through constant coaching and feedback, providing challenging goals and guaranteeing your people have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong academic qualifications with a degree in the field of computer forensics, business or law, or appropriate work experience in an industry with translatable skills.

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience with a depth of experience across the left side of the EDRM including but not limited to cloud and device collection, evidence management, lab management, forensic best practices, and forensic investigation.
  • Professional designations such as RCA, GCFA or EnCE
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • A proven record of delivering eDiscovery solutions to large, complex organizations
  • A quantifiable history of business development success
