WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team to help manage and embed the talent priorities we have. The role can be based in any of our EY office locations across Australia and New Zealand.The role is offered on a 9 month contract.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders within your client portfolio and provide strategic support as they lead, engage, and retain their workforce. The role is broad, interesting and varied as you lean into and support the full range of Talent initiatives - working closely with team members and the experts who sit in our Centres of Excellence.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Build relationships so that you can be a trusted advisor to support your stakeholder group and leaders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage and execute people initiatives and processes.
  • Leverage data, insights and thought leadership to provide clarity and explanation to enable robust, quality conversations and outputs
  • Work closely with the wider Talent team and Centres of Excellence to ensure the timely and efficient completion initiatives and Talent processes, such as performance reviews, remuneration reviews and engagement programmes
  • Efficiently and expertly execute operational activity by monitoring services and providing feedback to continually improve operations.
  • Be the first escalation point of contact for high-risk employee relations matters for your clients.
  • Bring a commercial mindset to your Talent related work.
