About the role
Balfour Beatty Rail has an exciting opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join our growing team in Swindon.
What you’ll be doing

As a Assurance Manager, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Undertaking a plus 10 days review on works completed to see what documents are still outstanding
  • Tracking completion document submission via our contract management system on Power apps
  • Owning the close out process inc reporting to client and management team
  • Weekly site inspections from a quality perspective
  • – use of digital docs / app
  • BMS document compliance ( current versions etc)
  • Managing sub-contractor ITPS close out where needed
  • Collating H&S files where needed
  • Attending AMP meetings with client to enter snags in bim 360
  • BIM360 progression of implementation
  • Providing quality awareness training to the project using Balfour Beatty Syllabus
