Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer is pivotal in enhancing our brand’s visual narrative and driving our marketing efforts through compelling and innovative graphic design across both digital, social and print media. This role requires a blend of creative flair and technical competence, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design within the skincare industry.

  • Design and produce visually striking graphic content for our skincare brands, covering digital platforms, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs reflect the brand’s ethos and meet our marketing objectives, contributing to cohesive brand experiences across all customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the full design lifecycle from concept to final delivery, including initial drafts, amendments, and pre-press processes for print production.
  • Work closely with the Design Lead and Senior Graphic Designer to create optimised designs for digital campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and effectiveness across various digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality final products, from small-scale packaging to major promotional installations.
  • Maintain and update digital and print design assets, ensuring all elements are current and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Proactively participate in marketing and business meetings, seeking valuable knowledge on AST and its brands, understanding that this will assist in the development and completion of design work;
  • Process design briefs and produce work in accordance with the requirements presented (format, style), hitting all deadlines where provided. Design work will include, but not be limited to; print and digital, including brochures, PowerPoints, banners, website design elements, print-ready versions of clinic promotional material, posters, media kits, packaging, social tiles, gifs, manuals, merchandise, infographics, EDM’s, product kits, and other creative design as needed.
  • Strive for continual self-improvement in design skills, whether creatively or technically – aiming for the right combination of productivity and creativity.
