Astra School Centred Initial Teacher Training, based at Dr Challoner’s Grammar School, works closely with over 60 schools in Buckinghamshire to provide superb training and development for teachers for the benefit of our students. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful organisation as we embark on the next stage of our development. The role of Astra Recruitment and Compliance Manager is permanent and full time, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Salary Type: £30,569 - £32,811 pa

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will help play an important role in shaping the quality of student teacher recruitment, ensuring recruitment compliance and supporting potential teachers from application through to acceptance on our teacher training courses, so that children and young people benefit from a highly trained and expert body of teachers.
