QUALIFICATIONS:

• Significant operational experience to understand the relationship between supply chain, inventory performance, logistics management
• Significant planning and data-management experience, particularly involving material or inventory tracking
• 8+ years of logistics, or manufacturing operations experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or IT spaces.
• Previous Leadership Experience Required
• Previous Logistics and Inventory Management experience is required
• Must be Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be familiar with and able to use PIT equipment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to understand complex inventory management systems

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The ATC Warehouse and Inventory manager reports to the Data Center Operations manager and is responsible for all logistics and inventory operations in the ATC. This role is responsible for setting long term strategy for the ATC Warehouse and managing up to 20 direct and indirect reports. Standard shift is 7A-4P Monday-Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage ATC Warehouse/Inventory team including hiring, training, staff development, performance management and annual compensation review
• Collaboratively update and set the ATC Logistics/Inventory strategy
• Oversee all ATC Warehouse operations
• Resource planning and capacity management
• Management of owned and non-owned assets and parts inventories
• Ownership of ATC Logistics/Inventory processes
• Responsible for the completion of tickets, ongoing quality, ensures processes are being followed, assign resources as needed
• Escalation point for the Inventory Team Lead and team
• Conduct a minimum of bi-weekly 1-on-1s with employees to review performance and coach for growth
• Assist and provide feedback with development of new tools and processes for use by ATC Data Center, Warehouse and Inventory teams.
