Role: Atlassian Solution Architect
Location: West London - 2 days a week (3 days a week remote)
Type of role: Full-time contract
Duration of contract: 3 months to start, likely to go into 6 months or more.
Remuneration: Commensurate with your experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Atlassian Solution Architect to join our dynamic team as a full-time contractor.

REQUIREMENTS

In this role, you will immerse yourself in clients’ IT landscapes, delivering tailored projects that leverage best practices to architect and optimize solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience configuring and integrating ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management, Confluence,),
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies.

• Integration guardrails - eg use of API monitoring / EMP
• Design decisions on instance structure / strategy - e.g one instance per area or one for Sky
• Production of HLD - High Level Design(we have made a good start on this as both Atlassian and GitHub provide reference architecture
• Architect and implement solutions for Jira Service Management (JSM) based on ITIL and ITSM best practices.
