QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Administration and Data Entry experience required
• Attention to detail is critical
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Experience with Google Office (or MS Office) suite, particularly Sheets/Excel and Docs/Word
• Comfortable using a range of software applications and ability to pick up new applications easily

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role requires a high level of coordination between different stakeholders - meaning organisation skills and attention to detail are crucial alongside computer literacy.
This role is permanent part time (35 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.00pm) during school term time only which is 40 weeks per year.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Entry and Validation
• Liaising with teachers, parents and students for unexplained absences as required
• Prepare attendance related data and reports for senior leadership and Ministry of Education
• Review attendance data for patterns
• Monitor and address concerning attendance patterns with school leadership
• Maintains student and staff privacy and protects operations by keeping information confidential
