THE DAVID ROSS EDUCATION TRUST IS NOW RECRUITING FOR THE ROLE OF ATTENDANCE WELFARE OFFICER.

This role will be based at Lodge Park Academy in Corby.
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives and helping them achieve their full potential? Are you experienced in providing support for students, running interventions, and working one-on-one with individuals to enhance their learning experience? Do you want to work at a school that has ‘high expectations of what pupils can achieve’ and school where pupils are, ‘polite and respectful and try hard in lessons.’

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Attendance Welfare Officer will work under the leadership of the Vice Principal. The successful person will play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos, and wellbeing of the whole Academy, by working closely with families to remove student barriers to learning or attending.
