We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Transactional Attorney to join our team in Monterey County. Our firm is dedicated to our individual and business clients, our community and the natural environment. The firm has a robust and continually growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience primarily in the practice area of business law, including experience with formations, governance, and transactions.

• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities
• Draft, manage, and review a wide range of agreements, including business and real estate transactional documents
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, representing their interests during negotiations
• Respond promptly to client inquiries
• Oversee multiple clients and a diverse caseload
• Applicant must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney or lawyer is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in Transactional Law is essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of Business Laws is mandatory.
• Proven ability to draft and review commercial contracts is necessary.
• Experience in drafting agreements, both simple and complex, is a must.
