• Drafting complaints, discovery, and assisting in court
• Managing general litigation tasks
• Handling employment litigation or general commercial litigation
• Collaborating with the team on complex litigation matters
• Utilizing legal software like LexisNexis and 3M for case management
• Managing claim administration and complaint handling
• Documenting and briefing cases as needed
• Managing complex commercial litigation cases
• Employing excellent skills in civil litigation and commercial litigation
• Handling complex litigation cases as required.
• Must hold a valid license to practice law
• Proficiency in using Case Management Software
• Familiarity with LexisNexis and other legal software
• Ability to manage complex commercial and employment litigation
• Experience in civil litigation and claim administration
• Proficient in complaint handling and documentation
• Knowledge of 3M Management System
• Must be able to produce clear and concise legal briefings
• Experience in litigation attorney roles
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial litigation
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases
• Must demonstrate professional ethics and a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
