We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Georgia barred attorney. Must be willing to work fully in-office in Jackson, Georgia, 30233, United States. This role will primarily engage in litigation and corporate law within a dynamic on-site environment.

• Handle various litigation cases by representing clients in court
• Manage corporate law matters, providing legal advice to the organization on business issues
• Review, prepare, and interpret legal documents, ensuring they are in order
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to manage and resolve complex legal issues
• Leverage expertise in commercial law to aid in business transactions and decisions
• Provide interim legal support as required
• Utilize knowledge of environmental and land use law when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal law to ensure all legal activities are compliant
• Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in law
• Serve as a legal representative in negotiations, statements, and legal proceedings.
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in litigation cases is essential
• Strong knowledge and application of Commercial Law and Corporate Law
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of professional ethics and integrity
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
