CORPORATE ATTORNEY (MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS)
Amundsen Davis seeks a Corporate attorney for our Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate is licensed in Wisconsin and has a minimum of 10 years of experience with corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and an appreciation for a high level of client service and responsiveness is required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills.
