The selected candidate will be entrusted with the duty of handling family law cases, engaging in negotiations, and advocating for clients. In addition, the candidate will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive family matters.

• Handle family law cases with a comprehensive understanding of statutes, regulations, and procedures.
• Engage in negotiations and advocate for clients while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat for document management and conveyancing.
• Administer claims and handle complaints with a sense of professionalism and empathy.
• Utilize 3M for efficient briefing and civil litigation.
• Showcase experience in civil litigation while dealing with consumer electronics.
• Maintain a high level of compassion and empathy when dealing with sensitive family matters.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a VA Family Law Attorney
• Must have Civil Litigation Experience
