Robert Half is offering a long-term contract attorney project opportunity to assist our client with a large influx of eligibility claims and appeals. The unit is requesting additional support in the attorney capacity to ensure federal timeline requirements can continue to be met with high quality. Applicants MUST be actively licensed in the state of Tennessee.

• Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Proven experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of public policy and administrative procedures
• Proficient in executing legal appeals within defined timelines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide quality legal advice and support
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and legal workstation support tools
• Ability to interpret legal language and complex case information
• Demonstrated ability to manage time frames and work within a cohesive team
• Experience in practicing law in a variety of settings is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
• Must be able to work with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
