Description:
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a skilled Attorney in Braintree, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing privilege review for document production and assisting with discovery. The role is ideally suited to someone with litigation experience and proficiency in a variety of relevant software and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting privilege reviews for document production in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting with the discovery process to aid in legal proceedings
- Utilizing Case Management Software to maintain and manage case files
- Leveraging litigation skills to support various legal proceedings
- Administering Claim Administration and Complaint Handling tasks as required
- Applying Civil Litigation Experience to handle disputes in court proceedings effectively
- Utilizing Litigation Support to assist in the preparation and execution of cases
- Must possess a valid license to practice law.
- Proven experience as a litigation attorney is required.
- Ability to handle litigation-related tasks including filing, management, support and document services.
- Previous experience in civil litigation and discovery is crucial.
- Familiarity with privilege-related legal matters is needed.
- Experience with Litigation Matters and Litigation Support is a must.
- Must be capable of handling Litigation Attorney responsibilities.
- Must have previous civil litigation experience.
- Ability to manage litigation-related document services is crucial.
