Description:

Microsoft Poland is seeking an ATU Lead for their Enterprise Commercial Org. This role focuses on enhancing sales strategies to achieve market success, tailored to Microsoft and customer needs. It provides clear strategic direction, coaches for customer value, and drives new revenue streams. By leveraging industry expertise, it leads teams to identify solutions and implement go-to-market strategies for growth. The role also advises on Digital & AI transformation, fosters a culture of inclusion and collaboration, and ensures alignment on account plans. Additionally, it involves building executive networks and managing employee growth and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years people management experience.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in ICT including PAAS and SAAS
