THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for achieving operational excellence of our Warehouse and Supply Chain division. Functions include, handling of export consignments, storage, picking, packing and inventory management.
This role will support strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve overall efficiency across the Big Chill Highbrook site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational plans that align with company objectives and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage financial aspects of operations, including budget management and profitability enhancement.
• Lead initiatives to optimise the deployment and skill development of all staff.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety and food safety practices.
• Drive business growth and meet or exceed set KPI targets.
