As a not-for-profit organisation, we’ve got our students’ best interests at heart. We have guided more than 500,000 students to explore, choose, and enrol in one of the 1,000 and growing courses listed on the OUA marketplace from 27 leading Australian universities.
We embrace the principles of aligned autonomy and agility to guide our operations. Our culture is built on values that prioritise Acting for Customers, Continuously Improve, and Caring for Each Other.
Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of audience engagement and analytics? As our Audience Analytics Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we connect with our audience. Picture yourself as the strategy planner that ensure our platforms not only track but also resonate with our users’ experiences.
You’ll wield your expertise to drive the health and direction of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and web analytics platform (GA4). But that’s just the beginning.
We’re on the lookout for someone with a spark, someone who can infuse our business with energy and insight. Your role isn’t just about numbers; it’s about storytelling with data, illuminating the paths our audiences tread through our digital landscapes.
In this role, you’ll be the linchpin that brings together teams from Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Insights. Your mission? To breathe life into our customer experience strategy, ensuring it is relevant and impactful.
Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:
- Crafting and implementing audience management strategies that resonate across OUA
- Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance our customer experience and lifecycle strategies
- Taking charge of our CDP platform (Tealium), ensuring seamless data collection and activation
- Guiding stakeholders through campaign activations and audience integrations
- Establishing governance frameworks to track audience segments effectively
- Championing the integration of digital technologies to track business objectives consistently
- Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to maximise technology potential
- Maintaining and optimising Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools
If you’re ready to make an impact, here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proficiency in Tealium Server-Side products – specifically iQ, AudienceStream and EventStream
- Hands-on experience with CDPs, preferably in a similar capacity
- A knack for turning data into actionable insights
- Expertise in web analytics and tag management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a business-centric mindset
- Resilience, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity
- Proficiency in SQL and exposure to databases/data warehouse environments
What do we offer?
- Not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, including novated leasing
- Competitive market salary along with annual individual and company incentives
- Discounted gym memberships and health insurance
- Learning and training opportunities
- Subsidised study opportunities
- Paid subscription to Calm as part of our commitment to health and wellbeing
- Inclusive leave policy to swap and recognise significant events that fall outside of our public holidays
- Workation leave – work remotely anywhere for 10 days of the year
OUA is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, reflecting the diversity of the marketplace we serve. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply, even if they don’t meet all the requirements listed. We value unique perspectives and experiences that can contribute to our mission of helping students transform their lives
