Description:

Hi, we’re TechnologyAdvice.
At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world’s leading sellers of business technology.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret quarterly performance data and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational strategies.
  • Campaign Management and Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA campaign issues, including pacing, delivery, and quality assurance. Drive accountability for issue resolution within the region, ensuring that challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence and Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports on program status and operational concerns to operations leadership. Make informed recommendations for process improvements and solutions based on comprehensive analysis and client requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives, fostering a unified approach to regional success. Act as a liaison for regional data needs, proactively communicating these to operations leadership to ensure resource availability.
  • Process Optimization and Compliance: Ensure adherence to established processes for escalation and issue resolution, driving operational consistency across the region. Work closely with leadership to optimize the tele-verification process, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
