WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You are passionate about customer-centricity and have experience working with CRM. Experience with subscriptions models is a plus.
  • You use data in your day to day and believe data should be the driving force behind prioritisation and decision making
  • You are comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
  • You have a good eye for creative execution and overall aesthetic for communication channels
  • You have experience with Experimentation and A/B testing
  • You are comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As an Audience Manager for Reactivations, you will be an integral part of HelloFresh’s strategy addressing millions of former customers across 17 of our markets and 4 of our brands. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of customer-centric data-based customer journeys, to help us translate our vision into reality. You will make suggestions and challenge our initiatives looking for effective communications and the health of our channels, while ensuring timely delivery of our execution roadmap.
Collaborating with Brand and CRM Operations, you will be responsible for translating our roadmap into campaigns, including creative delivery and experiment setups.
Working together with Senior Audience Managers, local markets and central teams, like Marketing Analytics and Pricing, you will help set performance targets for conversions, CAC and ROI, and come up with innovative ideas to use our CRM channels (email, app, SMS, Direct Mail and more) to engage with our former base.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the development of CRM initiatives to deliver the annual strategic plans for Reactivations
  • Work cross-functionally with local markets, Pricing & Discount, Marketing Analytics and Product teams to uncover opportunities, refine ideas and map dependencies
  • Work together with senior peers to make recommendations, set targets and prioritise the CRM backlog to deliver the most impact
  • Define hypothesis and design experiments to move us in the right direction with confidence
  • Brief and support the Brand team in the creative development for CRM initiatives
  • Brief and support the Campaign Management team in the implementation of the CRM initiatives
  • Leverage data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and to identify issues and trends
  • Develop an understanding of our customer base, sharing these insights with the wider Reactivations team and stakeholders
