Our in-house sales, installation, and service team has overseen the installation of AV systems in hundreds of courtrooms in the United States and its territories.

MISSION:

Quantum Technologies Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to provide support as an AV Installer/technician and work in a technical shop environment performing tasks for the completion of production schedules for shipment and the completion of in-house electronic buildups for stock and install.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree in Electronics or a related field is desired. Industry certifications are a plus.
• The individual should have a comprehensive and thorough understanding of audio/video components and systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with good organizational abilities, are required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Experience with hand tools, soldering irons, and good mechanical aptitude is desired.
• Experience with audio/video concepts is a strong plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate, be self-motivated, and work in a team environment.
• The position requires frequent mobility, lifting, standing, and bending, especially during installations.
• Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• The individual will test and troubleshoot audio/video systems and build complete electronic rack-based systems from the ground up.
• Travel will be required to complete installations at project sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned according to AV team business needs, company mission, and contract requirements.
• The estimated travel percentage is 60%, including local and non-local locations.
