Location: Hybrid (Ideally North of England) and Customer Sites
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Salary : Up to £40,000 DoE

EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Engineer or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of audio-visual systems, particularly conferencing equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and technical details.
- Strong skills in Office Packages
- Ability to read and work from schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Industry and manufacturer qualifications beneficial
- AVIXA CTS-I Certification would be advantageous
- Valid driving licence
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
TIEVA is seeking a skilled and experienced Audio-Visual Engineer / Project Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also perform project coordination interacting with clients, business stakeholders and 3rd party contractors and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and configure audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, video conferencing systems, and digital signage to a high standard and to company documentation
- Lead on site works, pre-site activities and co-ordination with clients, contractors and suppliers
- Provide technical support to projects and clients
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and provide technical support and solutions
- Conduct site surveys to assess AV requirements and provide recommendations.
- Manage and document all aspects of AV projects, from initial planning to final implementation. Management and control of project documentation from Sales documentation through to finished project documentation
- Manage support cases and visits client sites if required
- Management of AV installation Team & Sub-contractors
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of AV systems
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
