At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an Audio Visual Systems Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Audio Visual Systems Engineer joining our team to support our intelligence customer in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, and presentation systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, displays, sound systems, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues in a timely manner
  • Manage AV network infrastructure and ensure integration with existing IT systems
  • Plan and execute AV system upgrades and migrations
  • Provide training to end-users on AV equipment operation and best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AV system configurations and processes
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure AV systems align with overall technology strategy
  • Manage inventory of AV equipment and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance
  • Ensure AV systems comply with security protocols and accessibility standards
  • Stay current with emerging AV technologies and recommend improvements to existing system
