We are seeking an Audio Visual Technician to manage the technical operations, production processes, and logistics for sound, lighting, and visuals at College events. This role is essential in ensuring that every production—from initial planning through to execution and post-event debrief—is delivered to a high standard and within budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with staff, students, and external vendors to create impactful, educational media projects and events, while supporting the College’s audio-visual productions and event spaces.

The position reports to the Director of The Arts and works alongside the Production Team of events including:

• Head of Performance Music, Performance Manager, Head of Faculty – The Arts, Curriculum Leaders, Ensemble Leaders and other Event Leaders.
• Sheldon Events Manager, Grounds and Maintenance, Cleaning Staff and the Caretaker.
• Contractors, Suppliers, Technical Managers and Production Coordinators.

This is a Term Time role with additional events at times during school vacation/non-term time.
