Job Description
The Audit Booking Coordinator plays a crucial role at Eurofins (Food Assurance branch), overseeing the audit booking process and ensuring that audit activities within clusters are executed smoothly and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred experience in auditing, testing, or inspection.
• Strong communication skills, especially with factories and process management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the audit booking process, serving as the main contact for audit bookings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding audit activities, including timing, communication, and adherence to processes.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the audit team to facilitate a seamless audit experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Follow specific booking instructions from Eurofins or clients.
• Review booking status weekly with the Audit Operation Manager.
• Update customers on booking status weekly.
• Prepare quotations for specific cases and allocate auditors.
• Send audit packs to auditors within required timelines.
• Attend client meetings when necessary.
• Promote and extend existing audit or related services.
• Handle invoicing and ensure all processes are completed.
