• Lead audit assignments simultaneously in cooperation with the responsible Senior Experts in the Corporate Center
• Lead and manage preparation, execution and reporting of audit assignments in alignment with Corporate Audit standards
• Provide high quality audit results and reports and lead/guide the audit teams in achieving the set standards
• Contribute to the development and implementation of principles, standards, methods and audit programs for the IT Audit function
• Support the annual and quarterly planning process for IT Audits
• Support the department head with regards to all activities related to directing, guiding, developing of IT Audit team members
• Lead IT Audit teams in their individual and team development
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders of the audited entity and up to regional management
