Description:

We are in search of an Audit Manager to join our team in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with managing audit engagements, leading audit teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in managing audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy are maintained.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to audit teams, fostering an environment of excellence and detail oriented development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the audit function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools.
  • Utilize audit programs such as 3M, CaseWare, and other relevant tools to effectively manage audit engagements.
  • Oversee and manage the auditing of financial statements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize your knowledge of accounting functions to provide effective oversight and guidance during audit engagements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure all accounting functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Should have proficiency in 3M
  • Must be well versed in Accounting Software Systems
  • Required to have knowledge of Audit Program
  • Experienced in using CaseWare
  • Must understand ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Familiarity with Accounting Functions is essential
  • Should have experience in managing Audit Engagements
  • Proficiency in Auditing is a must
  • Should have knowledge in Compliance
  • Required to have experience in preparing Financial Statements
