We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead and manage Remote team member (RTM) operations our audit practice together with the RTM TalentHub Lead. The Operational Manager will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and an effective resourcing model in audit. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as an understanding of audit processes and quality requirements.

What do you expect from me?

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, or in relevant field
  • Several years of experience from operations management or project management in audit, accounting outsourcing or shared services environment
  • Experience of setting up/ or managing KPI measures, budget and cost monitoring, resource management, quality processes.
  • Problem solver with business mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multicultural teams
  • English language skills at excellent level

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring service management and acting as a single point of contact for the audit engagement teams and RTM Talenthub lead
  • Monitoring of hours and invoicing, as well as communication of changes in overall demand plan
  • Annual demand plan delivery to RTM Talenthub lead
  • Ensuring RTM operational processes and tools are in line with system of quality management and service agreement
  • Performance and quality monitoring including escalation in case of performance or scheduling challenges, and if there are significant changes in demand
  • Updating any changes to tools & guidance and communicating this to all relevant stakeholders
  • Identifying development areas in RTM model, including implementation responsibility in production development
  • Responsible of monthly operational meetings and coordination of engagement team champions
  • Participating in the monthly leadership and quarterly quality meetings
