HYBRID!!! Growing mid-size public accounting firm is looking to add a Senior level individual to their audit team. This company is very well-respected in the market, based on their commitment to client-oriented superior service and community involvement. Audit Senior must be a CPA or be CPA eligible, and will have 3+ years of experience either in public accounting. Experience with oil and gas or manufacturing is preferred. This company has great work/life balance with set hours during busy season, and is the perfect opportunity for the Audit Senior who wants very little travel.   • The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of public accounting and audit.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Prior experience in financial auditing is a must.
  • Demonstrated skills in public accounting audit practices.
  • The candidate must display exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines is required.
  • A professional certification such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work output is expected.
  • The candidate should be willing to stay updated about the latest developments in the field of auditing and public accounting.
  • Must have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
