Description:
We are in search of a meticulous Auditing Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Youngstown, Ohio, 44515, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Auditing Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting audits, processing company benefits, and utilizing various accounting software systems, among other duties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial management
- Utilize accounting software systems to process financial transactions and generate reports
- Handle the processing of company benefits, ensuring all processes are conducted in a timely manner
- Use Adobe Acrobat and other computer programs to manage and organize financial data
- Utilize Concur for expense management, ensuring all expenditures are properly recorded and justified
- Perform data processing tasks, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured and stored
- Handle accounting functions, including accounts payable, to maintain financial transparency
- Monitor cash activity, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
- Conduct check processing, ensuring all checks are accurately recorded and processed
- Use your skills in Auditing to identify financial discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with Computer Programs
- Experience with Concur
- Skills in Data Processing
- Understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Knowledge of Auditing procedures
- Ability to handle Cash Activity
- Experience with Check Processing
