Auto CAD Survey Technician Drafter / Project Manager

We are looking for a CAD Survey Technician /Project Manager with ability to learn or have in-depth knowledge of land surveying principles working with 2 Years + experience in the Ontario surveying field in order to join our team
Our firm provides professional land surveying services to developers, contractors, and government agencies.
Responsibilities:
-preparation , research and arranging jobs
-Data processing, calculations, pre-coordination.
- Drafting : Strata Reference Plans/Condominium Plans, disclosure marketing plans; Topographic Surveys, Reference Plans, Plans of Subdivision, SRPR, etc.
- client communication
- position with advancement to management
Qualifications:
- knowledge & understanding of AutoCAD/Micro survey
-Microsoft excel
-Clear communication and speech etiquette ( via email and phone )

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
