Equipment & Transport Specialists (ETS) being an Authorized Scania Service Centre is seeking qualified automotive electricians to join our growing team. Suitable applicants with automotive electrical trade certificate and 5 years post trade experience. These positions are full time. Salary level could exceed $130,000 per annum for the right applicant.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
· using test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions
· dismantling and removing electrical and electronic assemblies and components
· installing electrical equipment and electronic components in motor vehicles
· connecting power-operated vehicle equipment and accessories to power supply
· adjusting engine control systems and timing
· diagnosis of Canbus electrical wiring, sensors and computers
· repairing and replacing faulty electrical wiring
Qualifications/Skills/experience required:
· Automotive electrical trade certificate
· Prefer experience of Heavy Vehicles (Trucks)
· Ability to complete all Air Conditioning repairs and re-gassing
