AutoCAD Operator/Draftsman (Joinery, Fir-Out Works and Architectural)

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Operator with extensive experience in joinery, interior, architectural, and fit-out projects, specifically within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating detailed drawings, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team. Proficiency in 3D rendering and SketchUp is also required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• UAE Experience: Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator in joinery, interior, architectural, and fit-out projects within the UAE is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software, including SketchUp and 3D rendering tools.
• Drawing Skills: Strong ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings and blueprints.
• Mathematical Ability: Excellent mathematical skills for precise calculations and measurements.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all drawings.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and provide innovative design solutions.
• Communication: Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

• Drafting and Design: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for joinery, interior, architectural, and fit-out projects using AutoCAD.
• 3D Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renderings to visualize designs accurately.
• SketchUp: Utilize SketchUp for creating and modifying design models.
• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpret design briefs, blueprints, and technical drawings to produce precise and accurate plans.
• Calculation and Measurement: Perform necessary calculations to ensure design accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Adaptation and Modification: Adapt and modify existing designs to meet project requirements and client specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure designs align with project goals.
• Quality Control: Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Creativity: Apply creative solutions to design challenges, contributing to innovative and aesthetically pleasing results.
