Autocad Technician - Civil Engineering

Orion are working with a successfull Civil Engineering client to source an experienced Autocad Technician to join there Highland based team.
Are you a CAD Technician with civil engineering experience?
Are you interested in working on some of the largest Energy projects in Scotland as part of SSE’s Pathway to 2030?.
The role will include producing drawings for drainage and access road systems and elements to support the construction of Substations & Windfarms via software such as AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a solid order book of projects for the next 10years.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS.

1. Proven experience of Autocad 3D Modelling on Civils Projects including design drawings including geometric design, drainage and all ancillary elements
2. HNC / HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
3. Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical written English
4. Flexible and enthusiastic approach to working within a team structure
5. Confidence and ability to take responsibility for work on large projects
