Your responsibilities:

• Repair and Replacement : Learn how to perform repair and replacement of auto windows in the workshop and at customers’ premises.
• Diagnosis and Resolution : Assess damage and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement, with thorough guidance from our experienced team.
• Customer contact : Providing a high level of service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of work done and report back to head office.
• Maintenance : Making sure that all of your equipment and tools are in good condition and ready for use.

Qualifications:

• Technical Interest : A strong interest in cars and technical work.
• Willing to learn : Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in window replacement.
• Skills : Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Driver’s license : A valid driver’s license is a requirement, as the job may involve driving to the customer’s locations.
• Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to customer needs.
